Berghia nudibranches and powerhead and filters

They are on the powerhead the glass the canister infeed and outfeed and the tidal filter the rocks I've been using aptasia x but to no avail it's just been getting worse and worse I have a Picasso trigger but he sleeps at night and I saw they are nocturnal so they stand some chance and will be well fed for a while but I'm worried they will get sucked in when they try to go for it there

I wouldnt be too worried about them. When you put them in just turn the lights off and start them on the rocks near some small aiptasia. In the beginning youll think they died, youll never see them and you wont notice any difference for a while. You start with a few, but theyll multiply into hundreds maybe thousands over the coming weeks/months. So yeah a few might get caught up in the pumps but there will ve plenty of them. Around the second month is when i started noticing less aiptasia. By the third they were completely gone in my tank. I didnt have a terrible infestation in the tank so it may take longer the worse it is, but you should notice a big difference by 3 months for sure. After mine were gone id occasionally catch one on the glass at night but it was rare. Now I'm sure they've died out, i haven't seen one in about a year

Nudibranchs of all kinds constantly find their way into powerheads, filters, etc. They're notorious for it. I've made simple guards from perforated sections of water bottles for this reason any time I've used nudibranchs and they regularly cruise over the guards....so.

Theyll never leave the rocks until theyve eaten all the aiptasia, after which theyll die anyway.
They leave the rocks constantly. I've used berghia and several other nudibranchs several times over the years and ALL cruised every surface of the tank.
