Does anyone know if any local shops are selling Berghia nudibranchs? I have stupid aiptasia hiding in my rock and I’ve been playing wack a mole for months now.

F Aiptasia by Frank’s Tanks is amazing, but some aiptasia are not accessible. Thanks!

Try wild fire coral in Tempe(formally known as club reef)
Thanks, I’ll give them a call. I’d never heard of the name change until today.

Edit: they sell them, but are out of stock. I’ll get them when they are back in stock. Thanks again!

I used Franks too on a light infestation but couldnt get them all. So I went with an order of berghia from an online retailer. While expensive, they worked very well. Highly recommend berghia. It has been about 4 months and I am free. Im cautious but pleased. I have heard of cases where once the food source (aiptasia) is eliminated the berghia will die. If they die and leave a couple aiptasia behind, your problem can return. But so far so good. Real easy too, just acclimation and drop them in with the lights out. They will hide and almost never be seen. But soon, the aiptasia will begin to disappear. Until this post, I forgot i had an infestation!

Glad to hear you had success. I have been trying Aiptasia X and I used to have success, but lately it doesn’t seem to work at all. I think it actually made my Aiptasia problem worse. Frank’s F Aiptasia is nice but better for limited numbers. I’m hoping the berghia do the trick.
