I'm curently running a single 150w MH lamp on a 34 gallon cube. I'd like to add actinic lighting to enhance my reef colors. The options appear to be limited. My current MH setup wil not allow the addition of T5's or LED's, so I'll need a completely new lamp. The options appear to be limited. Does anyone have a brand they recomend for this combo?

if you are keeping your current mh and want to add to that i would look into rapid led actinic retro .just sold mine or build my led they have a nice light

yeah it wouldnt be too difficult to DIY one of the many retrofit LED kits..could check out the reefbrite strips as well..they are very popular additions to t5 fixtures, would probably have a similar effect with your MH

Honestly I know people are gonna hang me for saying this but I have one of the new models of the odyssea 150 watt mh t5 and led moonlight lights. The old ones were notorious for problems but the newer ones aren't. Got it on eBay for like $115

Just to clarify, my current MH setup is a pendant light (the Solana disco ball). My tank is a rimless cube without a canopy. That being said, there is no place to mount LED strips. My thought was to go with a completely new fixture. I'd like to stick with the MH lighting but add supplemental light to enhance my colors.
