Whats is the best light combo for a 6 bulb t5 fixture?

I would like best color, growth, and sps req. light

Just a side note to this who T-5 thing... ATI is going to be releasing a new version of the powermodules and it will have built in dimming control! I just got word of it from a store I was interested in buying the fixture from!
