Best affordable lights

I got a Coralife 4 Bulb H.O. T5 with moonlight set up but the leg brackets only hold it about 3 inches above the water and i feel like it may be burning my coral. I cant hang them because my ceiling is like 10ft up there. So im looking for good LED lights like Noopsyche K7 II or similar. Any advice would be great!

So my tank is 40 gal breeder and its mixed with Sps, Lps, and softies and some fish. Here it is during the day. (I took the clay pot out cause the rbta that came in it moved out and a few coral died when it was in).
