Sorry I don't know much about the C Vue. I did end up purchasing something though. HERE
I also grabbed a used Apex setup today with temp probe, pH probe, 2x 8 outlet energy bars and display unit. Can't wait to get started!
$530 all in, is an appealing price, don't blame you. BTW sounds like a great setup you've put together.

Nice setup!
I should have done the same thing. 3 months into the hobby, and over 3k spent on miscellaneous crap that Im still not wholly happy with (700 of that in livestock that I am happy with). I think you got the better deal.

I havent picked up the 40 gallon yet, but I have two 26 gallon setups at the house now. I'll be pulling the new one out of the box later today, and I'll post up pics, specs, etc.

I have the Waterbox 50 gallon AIO, I think it is important to understand that their glass is certified PPG Starphire Ultra Clear Glass. This is on all panels. Most other manufacturers use "low iron" glass, not comparable to Starphire. I will also point out that the silicone is made by Wacker, a company from Germany, known for high quality. All the 10 gallon and above tanks come standard with upgraded Eco Plus pumps, which are efficient and quiet. They also come with media basket, carbon, foam, and bio-media. These are all things to consider when shopping, just thought I would point that out. I like waterbox aquariums also just wish they would make some similar to the IM30L and then I would be sold on them for sure. Due to space and aquarium requirements here I can’t go any bigger than an IM30L right.

Well as promised my aquarium showed up at my door on Tuesday. As the UPS man unloaded it from his truck it sounded like a glass recycling center inside...needless to say I told him he can just put that right back on his truck. I was disappointed in how it was shipped by Drs. Foster and Smith, they just sent it in the original packaging...no extra box or padding. They are sending me another one it arrives this Tuesday, hope both UPS and the shipper get it right this time.

I really like my Innovative Marine 14g peninsula. It's small, but I use it as a frag tank and it works perfect. Intank basket with a filter pad and chemipure blue, marine pure spheres in the second chamber, factory return pump and 75w Neotherm in the last chamber. I use a smart micro ATO and a Kessil A160 for light. Runs great, very low maintenance and looks good.

Hi, question. I am also thinking about an AIO this size. Have you modded with any skimmer in the back? Do you recommend an aio that size besides a one with sump?
