Best algae magnet or material for acrylic?

Just wondering if there's anything better than a credit card, or anything new someone has used.
I originally got the Tunze care for a new acrylic tank, scratched the crap out of it.

Tempted to just use some microfiber cloths underneath a regular algae magnet...
