best alternative for pukani dry rock..

i was wondering what you guys thought was a good alternative for pukani rock since it doesnt look like thats coming back anytime soon. ive used the brs reef saver rock before and honestly it was like a concrete , i didnt like it at all. i know marco rocks gets good reviews but i feel like it might be similiar to the reef saver rock.

I just bought 25 lbs of pukani about a month ago. Cycling now.

Did you find new or “used”.

With the bans emerging, and (I suspect) the volume of hobbyists likely to level off*, it might be possible for sustainably reuse “used” live rock if those leaving the hobby would sell it on eBay, LFS, or other: similar to frags.

* I think current hobby growth rate may slow with the “disdain” that may ensue from the bans and negative PR.

Well it's not used or from ebay or anything like that just leftovers thst haven't sold . Its a shame that stuff like real reef rock isnt more affordable . I bought some for a nano once and was impressed by it . When you need a 100 lbs it's not a viable option for me personally

Any pukani alternatives out there? Planning a shelf rock aquascape and possibly cutting my own pukani if I can find it.
