Best aquaknight settings 14g biocube

So I have the aquaknight mounted on my biocube 14g and I'm not quite sure what setting I should use when it is ready for corals. I plan on some sps on the top of my rockwork lps in the mid zone and some softies at the very bottom. I dont have a par meter so I cant test yet. But since this is such a simple light I assume there is a pretty easy rule of thumb with this light like 90% blue 10% white or something. What would you guys recomend?
Right now I think I have it 100% blue and 10 white just for aesthetics while it cycles.
