I have been using the Spectrapure Ultra Precise Liquid Controller II for 3.5 years now and its been bulletproof. Its similar to the Tunze but more compact and uses the same perstaltic pump as the LiterMeter.

It can be used in fill or drain mode and is user adjustable from 1/10" to 4" at the push of a button. You can also set the fill rate so it from 2 mL per minute to 200 mL per minute as safety so it could never possibly overflow even if it failed completely. It also comes with a float switch as a second redundant backup.
