Best Bacteria for Cycling a NEW tank?

Hi guys!
I've usually gone for VARIETY when using bacteria.
I've used Fritz Turbo Start, Dr. Tim's One and Only, and Bio Spira!

What is the BEST bacteria for a new tank to get it started and cycled?

Is start up similar to One and Only, and how are they different?

Start up is one and only. Waste away is a follow up for maintenance as tank matures

I can't speak to it being the best, but I've used aquavitro seed and have nothing but positive things to say about it.

I recommend dr Tim's one and only. I've used it to cycle both fresh and saltwater tanks with good results
