Best Ball Valves - Whatcha Got?

I need to replace the ball valves on my mixing station. The cheap ones I put on are just too hard to move and won't fully lock. I emptied about 30 gallons of water into my garage the other day I didn't fully get one closed.

I already have unions built throughout so I don't necessarily need those, but I'm down for whatever.

So what is the best out there? Cepex on BRS??
