Just wondering which bio pellet reactor does everyone use or recommend?? Also just wondering if theirs anydown side to connecting the bio pellet reactor to the input of a UV??

Reef Dynamics you can control it via valves, there are not made anymore but if you can find one buy it but they are pricey.

How much, how long has it been running and where are you located??

Anyone else have a input on what biopellet reactors or is ZEO the way. I was thinking of going with
Accel aquatics.

Also any input on running ac bio pellet reactor with the output to a UV???

AquaMaxx Omega 2...love it! Been using for about 6 months now. Almost every other reactor I used the pellets always clumped together but they cant with this reactor.

Well Im trying to reduce the amount of pumps I have so thats why I was leaning towards the Acel aquatics-45

Hi there! Selling it for $105 shipped.... great deal, located in south FL and it was used for about 2 Years

if you are planning on using one pump i would go manifold. i would not run the uv of the biopellet through a uv. Theres a lot of gunk that comes out of one, will require cleaning the uv more often. Will also be difficult to control the flow as one may need more/less than the other.

I had my biopellet reactor loosely attached to my skimmer(hose was a larger diameter than the skimmer ventri) so the skimmer would catch the byproduct but still function at its required flow rate.

I also should add the reef dynamics reactor doesn't require an additional pump.... the pump that is attached to the reactor fluidizes the reactor as well as feeds it.... no heat generated inside the tank because the pump is outside
