best BUDGET controllable DC main pump

Good Morning all you happy reefers out there!

I would like to know what is the best BUDGET, controllable DC main pump for my 40 Gallon AIO. I HAD a Current USA eFlux DC 520, but that failed just before I was going away for the weekend. Thankfully I had an emergency spare pump and that works for now.

I am considering using a different brand. What are your suggestions?

If cost is the main factor, get a Jebao and be done.

I would go with a Sicce SDC 3.0 personally as I like Sicce and what they do for the hobby

Simplicity pumps are great.... Had a simplicity for 3 years, it finally went out so I got a Sicce....Sicce failed in 6 months so I got a Simplicity again....

The best budget return pump hands down is the Jebao MPD. It's quiet and dependable.

It's all the same line just different GPH. I personally always go slightly bigger than I need so I dont have to max the pump out.

Simplicity = rebranded Jebao but with great customer service (also costs almost twice as much lol)
