Looking for a camera and macro lense for the best pictures of my coral. I'd like to be around $1500 in budget or less. Hopefully less lol. Any recommendations followed with sample photos taken with the recommended camera?

Depends on what brand, there is no best. Canon has a very good selection ranging from 50, 60, 100mm. There's also the beast, Canon's MP-65, hard to use but you could pretty much take a photo of a flea's toenail.

I Already have Canon 600D, I am also looking for a macro lens, was thinking about 50mm or 100mm.

I have a Nikon D5000, and love it. I am also looking for some good macro lenses, so I'll be tagging along

I just purchased the nikon 5300 with the nikon 60mm lense
