Best cleaner for fish poop??

I know that poop is an amazing coral food when it reaches the corals. But for those bigger fish that leave logs you see laying on the sand rocking back and forth lol. Any time of cleanup crew to make sonething of these?

Nothing really eats it. You should try to limit the completely dead spot anyway. So those logs won't settle. Add some flow and get it to the skimmer.
