Looking for opinions. I have a 48" Giesemann Aurora over my 265g reef. It doesn't reach end-to-end, so I'm looking for two compact LEDs to add on each end. I have enough room for something about the size of a Radion, but am hoping to spend less $$$. I'd like to have the ability to play with the spectrum so I can get it to a near match with the light of the Aurora. I'd also like to be able to control it on my iPhone, iPad, Apex or Mac (wireless preferred). Tank is 30" deep but I'm ok with less-than-complete penetration to the lower depths because having a low-light section for softies would give me some flexibility.

I've been looking at the Maxspect Razor, AI Illumination Hydra 26 or Aquatic Life's Halo, but am open to other suggestions too.

Please chime in with your thoughts on best LEDs for this application.

I don't have AI's, yet, but that's my choice based on all the same reasons you have

Research the Kessil lights. I have a 60in aquarium with a Kessil ap700 and 2 Kessil 350's. one one on each end. Gives me complete coverage.

I have the radion 265 on my main tank and maxspect on my frags. I will say the radion G4 pro are more money. But main does the corals look better in my main tank then my frag tank. To me save the money it's worth it for what it's worth I run 3 g4 pro on my 265
