So I have seen alot of post for differnt ways and solutions to dip your corals before you put them into your QT or DT. Whaich one works the best yet does the least amout of damage?

I like to use Revive on my corals before i introduce them into any of my tanks. I think that the type of dip used also depends on the coral, but I use revive on all my corals.

Bayer complete insect killer. I used to use revive but this works really well on pests (aefw and red bugs)

First time I have heard about the bayer method, just googled it and it seems to work pretty good. Thanks for sharing that tip. I use Revive and Interceptor (by prescription).

I switched from Revive to Coral Rx for everything. To me, the Frags recovered faster with Coral Rx, but every pest died quickly (not eggs of course.)

I use Coral RX Pro and have been happy with it. It is easy to use also.

I use coral RX or revive and they are equivalent in my opinion....both kill most things. I have considered using the bayer stuff cuz I've noticed it seems to take a long time for redbugs to die in either of these two dips.

I use Both coral rx and revive as well as lugios iodine. All 3 work great but as Caudill stated they take a littler longer to kill red bugs and other parasite. So I tend to leave the corals dipped for about 3-5 min more than what the instructions say too, depending on what type of coral. I have also noticed the dips work better if you add an airstone or small power head to the mix

I have also heard great things about the bayer method, but I have never tried it.
