Best design for a bristleworm farm

What do yall think the best way of farming bristle worms would be? You need a license to collect them and they're wicked fishing bait so I thought I'd set up a farm so to speak. But I'm debating with myself what the best design is and the easiest food source.

rows of shells and debris, sprinkle waste and foods (Pellets, nori).

Setup some DIY worm traps every once and a while to collect
