I have two mandarins, a spotted and a green, in separate tanks. I have access to several large (20 gallons) copepod cultures to supplement their diets, and they are also both eat basically any frozen food I offer them. I currently feed them LRS nano, as that is what the rest of my fish eat. Should I continue to use this or is there a better diet for them?

The best food source for them is a well established system with plenty of pods. They graze all day unlike a lot of other fish that depend on us to feed them.
They might peck at a small remnant of food that is in front of them but they prefer live pods to constantly eat.

I hope your tank is crawling with them and you supplement food for it often. They need to graze almost constantly during the daylight hours.

I have a ton of pods in both tanks and I feed frozen two or three times a day. They have been in my systems for over two months and are fat and eating all the pods they can find. I add about 6,000 pods every week when I do a water change as well. When my lights turn on, there are pods all over the glass, so my pod population seems fine. I was just wondering what frozen would be best to supplement their diet with since they eat frozen readily.
