I have frozen mysis I am feeding My clowns currently. I want to spoil these cute little guys rotten. What is the most ideal mixed diet for them? Which brands are best? Frozen?

New life spectrum pellets, Garlic pellets and Rods food

NLS Pellets and Mysis here as well. Mine get a few other goodies here and there but this is their staple.

In my opinion, feed all the things that are high quality just don't overfeed and blow your parameters sky high. Especially since the results of overfeeding now might not be seen for a few weeks/months. Basically make sure your goes outs can keep up with your goes ins.

The more variety you can provide the better. This can be a combination of flakes, pellets, frozen, live whatever.

The best diet would be live Baby brine and live black worms, with some clams. If not then frozen mysis, LRS, clams

Thanks for the great info, will pick up the NLS pellets. I only feed what they consume in about 3-4 minutes and net out the rest of the loose mysis they don't consume, usually about 1/4 of a cube from the frozen blister packs.

I too use the NLS pellets. I feed frozen like mysis and rod's occasionally. Staple has been NLS thus far.
