Best, easy(ish) and affordable phosphate test?

I'm looking for a phosphate test that will give me lower readings than what I get using my current API. The LFS also uses the API kits when testing water. The store that uses RedSea kits is close to an 1.5 hr round trip (without waiting for the test!) so that's not an option I would use frequently.

I've read some good things about the Hanna checkers (I like the digital readout vs trying to color match) but have heard they aren't very accurate. The Red Sea is obviously better resolution than API, but I just hate those tedious tests. I'm not familiar with any others.

So, in your opinions: Which phosphate tests are 1) super easy to use and 2) accurate for readings less than 1ppm?

The hanna phosphorus tester gets the most accurate reading from what I have read.

I've used and like the Hach PO-19, but you cannot read anything below 0.03 ppm with it.

If I were to get one now, I'd probably get a Hanna checker.
