Best/Favorite fish food?

I have been feeding my fish mainly LRS at night and some pellets during the day using an auto feeder and the fish seem to really like both. But I have been feeding them this stuff for quite a while now and was wondering with all the new products always coming out if there is a new food that is better/cleaner for the fish/corals? FYI I am not trying to say the food I feed is bad or anything just a friendly post about if there is something possibly better out there that I dont know about.

I have tried replicating your set up to keep live blackworms but I have never had too much luck and end up losing quite a bit. They last longer than keeping in the fridge but still not "long".

Mine seem to last forever, but I think it has to do with how long you cycle the thing for.

Maybe that is where I went wrong, I had blackworms in the system after about 3weeks. Where are you currently getting your blackworms from?

A couple of LFSs around here sell them by the ounce.
