Best Filter Media For Sea Foam Cups

Hey guys, I ordered some Sea Foam hi flow cups. Just wondering what the best filtration media is to put in them? What do you guys do?

I dont have them...but i would imagine just cheap disposable cotton filter media would work fine.

I have the red sea cups and I have 3 layers of foam. Coarse medium and fine. I keep a piece of live rock in the bottom because mine will tend to want to float
