Best Filtration Media

What is everyone’s favorite filtration media? I have great experiences with marine pure, but embarking on a new build (800+ gallons with high billiard). So I am entertaining different options. I have been looking at the following:

MarinePure
BioHome
Pond Matrix
Siporax

For me the primary goal of the media will be denitrification. Nitrification is easy enough with multiple options and higher flow.

If anyone has any input or opinions on these please let me know. If you know even a better one I am al ears.

Oh yeah. I forgot about that one. I noticed in the new BRS WWC build they used export bricks.

At the same time though, there seems to be a number of reports aying that the Brightwell bricks crumble to dust quite easily in a short amount of time. Check out these BRS reviews...
