I make my own, Fish Roe, Oyster, King Prawn, Scallop, Crayfish, reef roids, nori.
Anything i feed my tank regarding seafood is fit for human consumption. In fact since feeding this my phosphorous and phosphates have zeroed on Hanna.

for all u LRS Reef Frenzy lovers I used to use it & found it had a lot of water. I switched to Rogers & little to no water, all meat & my fish love it. Made by a Chef

Clams, worms, LRS

I decided on getting the brine shrimp direct frozen package I posted. I wish you could get all of their frozen food in the package but pods, brine, and mysis will do. Interested in it. 75$ for 21 frozen blister packs. Should be enough food for months upon months.

For 75 dollars I can make an entire years worth of food for my fish and coral

Just go to seafood market get a mix of raw seafood and toss it in a food processor

Then freeze that way you can add in all your good fishy vitamins and the bacteria in that **** would do them some good !

PE Mysis pellets and Seaweed Extreme pellets (mixed together) for their 1st (early daytime) feeding.

LRS' Reef Frenzy frozen for their night time (before lights dim out) feeding.

Best food imo is one you make yourself with ingredients from the fish market/asian market. I use flying fish egg, nori, salmon, scallops, shrimps, garlic. My clownfish have developed a lot of black on their fins and are growing nicely, presumably wild caught banggai cardinal which I've heard are picky eaters also started eating on the first day no probs. you also get a boatload of food by making it yourself
