Best Fish for a 20g Long Barebottom Tank?

I have a Firefish and a pygmy wrasse but I almost never see either. I want to get a fish that will be active and coerce the others out of hiding. If I have to rehome the Firefish so be it.

What fish do you recommend.

+1 on this fish- Chrysiptera springeri . I currently have it. Not aggressive at all and active swimmer.
