Best food for my fish

1mm will definitely be too big for the firefish and chromis and probably the clowns unless you have big ones like maroons

I say that because I haven't really seen the small fish thera-a in mass circulation for a while *shrugs* and none of the photos I am seeing look like the newer photos.

Do you think mysis and ocean nutrition formula 1 pellets and NEw life spectrum pellets will be good and healthy for my fishes

Personally I'd dump the formula 1 pellets, and use mysis, spirulina brine (treats only, or if they can't swallow mysis), the NLS pellets, and maybe some fish eggs or prawn eggs. Pretty decent staple mix there. You -could- feed the NLS exclusively, but it's generally recommended to give them a variety, and like I said there's a chance they won't take the pellets right off (they may have to get used to them, and some just never adapt to them.)

I'm not a fish nutritionist, so you know - grain of salt - but I'm giving you the best of my knowledge here.

What's spirulina brine? Is it a frozen food?

It's brine shrimp that was fed spirulina algae just before being frozen.

LOL. :) Keep in mind that brine shrimp is low in nutritional value, so try to focus more on the mysis as a staple.
