Best GFO and Carbon brand?

My older sis got me a Aquatop Mr-20 reactor for Christmas for my 10g tank.
And it didn't get me thinking till now but what is the best GFO and activated carbon brand that you've used?
I tend to feed that tank a lot so, yeah.

Like brs products also carbon chemi pure products are a favorite.

Ben using this for a long time now, only issue is i use a cup of carbon and a quarter cup gfo in a vertex 2.5 media reactor and it looks like nothings in it beside sponges lolol
