Best goby for a 15 gallon

I love Circus Gobys and would consider one if i was in your position. Always reminded me of a small scorpionfish or Lionfish the way they sit and wait......Just make sure you have a back up plan in the event your clowns decide they are not going to be welcoming neighbors.

I enjoy my Yasha and Pistol pair in my 15g -

For fully yellow nano fish i don’t really think that there is any more options but royal grammas look amazing, inexpensive and very hardy.

They are cool but everywhere I look says 30 gallon plus! I may just do a yasha goby they look cool!

For nano fish, if you have a large population of copepods, you can try a mandarin dragonet. Though it is pretty risky.
They need mature tanks and an abundant population of microfauna.

If you want an easier option, a Panamic Barnacle Blenny is a beautiful option.
I would honestly go against hahing a mandarin as a beginner.

Barnacle blenny are fun in group at lunch time lol (3-4+)

If you want a yasha goby, be sure to provide it with a net with really small holes as these fish are jumpers and extremly small.

Mandarins are an interesting species that I would love to keep eventually but I am not going to put one in a 15 gallon as it would wipe out the population way to fast so It would be expensive for me to keep it and not fair to the fish.

Not sure where you saw 30, most every says 10 https://www.liveaquaria.com/product/1145/?pcatid=1145. Mine doesn't venture from the cave except maybe an inch during feeding. 99% of the time he's just like what you see in the video
