Best Gyre Position and Setting for Icecap 1K

Picked up an icecap gyre, wanting to know what the best position and setting is to use. I only have one at the moment for my RSR 250.

I have a Red Sea E-260 which is the same size as your Reefer. I have the Maxspect Gyre 330XF and have it mounted horizontally near the top of the tank. I can't turn it above 20% due to the fact the flow is very strong. So I programmed it to come on and off during the day in gyre mode and stay off at night.
