Best Gyre pump?

Looking to add a gyre pump to my red sea reefer 250. Display is about 54 gal.

Quitness is really important. I see theres three options. Icecap, maxspect, and the red sea gyre. Any thought or opinions on which is the best and quietest?

i have a Red Sea ReefWave 45 in one of my 40 Breeders, it's dead silent, moves a ton of water and altho i am not a fan of the ReefBeat app, the programmability is nice.
