Best heater for biocube 32?

Right now I have a cheap $18 heater. It’s a 150watt orlushy heater. It did come with a digital thermometer which is nice but I’m not a huge fan of the actual heater itself. I’m looking for a high quality heater that’s no more than $100. Any ideas are appreciated!
