the older model(no lenses) is cheaper (ebay new /used)and would work great for what your doing in that tank.
Built in timers are AWESOME!!!

the new version has lenses and packs more punch.(focused light beam) the wording on MANY of the ebay and amazon ads are misleading, as the Pro part is actually the timer
it why I make the differentiation there. Its all PRO and HD and BANG to confuse folks. The new actual Pro model is over kill and prob out of the budget.
the older model was $300 or 400. it under $100 now. terrible for a deep tank. shallow its fine.

look for the actual LED on the fixture, you'll see square led or round lenses on the led. the difference is $500 bucks

Yeah the new PRO has more powerful led's and just wanted you thought about over kill.
The orbits ramp timer is sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OP wanted 'Blue" so I steered him to the Kessil a80.

another good choice. as all reefers know It all about the budget.
I have a v1 orbit. it doesn't do squat the royal blue is the bomb. I had it with my t5s and kept it now with my ai sols.

honestly I dont know. It appears it was their first or second attempt at LED.

I don't know either but for the $$$ the light with the ramp timer is a great package.
DF&S seems to always have good prices on these too.

I picked up a 48in for $100 used. 2 yers later still good to go. the smaller ones refurb used and NOS are dime a dozen.

Curious as to what you went with I'm looking at starting a shroom and zoa tank in a nuvo 10 and want a cheaper light than an ai prime.
