Best LED for Frag Tank - See Pic

This is a 55 gallon tank. Water level comes up 11.5 inches and you can see its euro braced and has a center brace. Not real light friendly. I was thinking of using 2 par 38 LEDs. Maybe with 80 degree optics. Just have them hang down above the tank. Rapid was what I was leaning towards, but open to suggestions.

what kinda frags are you wanting to grow?

That would be helpful... I'll have a mixed reef so frags will be a combination of sps, lps and zoas.
