Best light for cicle and first coral

Good morning everybody.

What is the best programming, percentage and light time to start the cycle and the first corals with the AI Prime 16 HD?

I will use the BRSTV schedule, what is the best way to start the aquarium?

I know that AI Primes have an acclimatization mode, is this mode enough to start the cycle and keep the first corals?

2 weeks and ramp up 5% to desired settings every 3 days. Leave reds no higher than 4%

If you watch BRS 5 minute guide I think best is no lights for first 3 months. Maybe just a tiny bit of blue during the day/night if you want to be able to see your fish
