Best lights to grow aiptasia?

Sounds weird, I know. I’m culturing the nudis that eat them.

Will FOWLR lights grow them? If not, what do y’all suggest? Thanks in advance.

I have a few in a custum aquatics overflow box that is in the dark. They can grow in 30 par.

Over feeding with Reef Roids will cause an aptasia explosion. Even more controvertial is to try to kill them with Zptasia X. That will also cause an Aptasia explostion.
