I’m thinking maybe in my biocube 16 to add some macro algae? What would be good easy algae to go with? It would be nice if it could help sustain my pods and keep my water cleaner. I do have a 2.5 g fuge either chaeto. But I don’t know if the fuge can hold much more than what I have in it already.

chaeto (Chaetomorpha) is likely the best candidate (if you don't mind the "wirey" appearance).

if you want something more "seaweed-like," I recommend dragon's breath (Halymenia sp.). can be a bit more finicky to establish itself.

avoid caulerpa (unless the idea of constantly thinning it out of your tank appeals to you). ;Dead

Here's a link to a bunch of algaes that are available (AlgaeBarn also sells them as well): https://www.live-plants.com/

I like Dragon's Breath, but like it's been said, it can get finicky. Red Ogo looks nice and bushy, but be careful when doing water changes, since the fragments can grow wherever they lodge onto live rock.

C. prolifera is a nice "grassy/meadow" caulerpa. It's not overly invasive into the tank, and has a very cool seagrass look to it.

I keep macro only in fuge. And only “clean” chaeto .
Fuges do not have to be big, but “effective” light in the correct spectrum absolutely essential.
16g fuge and 2.5g fuge, that IMM should work.

Thanks! I saw this on that website and man it looks pretty cool!
