Best mangrove lights?

Reptile/Turtle Basking Light, as it will produce some heat, and UV.

I can grow Black Mangroves during the Summer, but they really Suffer during the Winter, due to the Colder Basement Temperatures. BTW, Black Mangroves are Cooler temperature tolerant, but need a Slow Fresh water drip. Also they benefit from hand misting. Can’t grow Red or White Mangroves without some serious heat on them.
