Best media for media basket

Im buying a media basket for my biocube 32 gallon and its got 3 chambers in the basket. the top part is for my filter floss, what else should i add in the other 2 spots? also i want a refugium beside that media basket, what should i add for that as well. I've never setup a filter for saltwater tank. thanks!

maybe a good carbon and some type of phosphate remover or general purpose stuff like Chemipure, et

Edited to add: I still use floss also but it needs to be monitored/removed frequently for restricted flow and dirt

i have filter floss > chemipure blue > seachem matrix

I have filter floss > chemipure blue > marinepure bioballs in my IM Nuvo 40. At one point I was using both purgien and chemipure blue in the middle chamber but that was probably overkill.
