While i've never used one, The Innovative Marine 10 gallon AIO looks like a nice tank. As soon as my daughter is old enough to care for it herself i plan on getting her one.
I love my biocube, and you can usually find the 16 gallon and 32(sometimes) gallon models for under $300.
The thing with the AIOs I wish I spent more time researching is upgradability. For the biocubes, the problem is that the hood and led light fixture is a part of the overall tank. HOWEVER in this case, its included in the overall price of the tank.
Another option is the nuvo fusion AIO. While this would allow you to choose your own light, you have to think about the potential cost of buying one.
After being about ~3 months in, I'd say to find the best AIO you have to envision your end result. Personally, I wanted the smaller footprint and I liked the curved glass of the biocube.

I have had an innovative marine nuvo 40 for a couple of years and I really like it. There are lots of options for the back filter section, and I imagine the same would go for any of the smaller models they have (nuvo 10, 25...ect) I have also seen some really cool things done with the fluval evo 13.5
