Best natural phos control and remover?

I know this has been asked before [emoji85] I have a 32g with sump. Running live sand, skimmer and atm carbon. I have red cyano which I believe is due to the phos:nitrate being low. No algae is growing it is actually receding

Well, the first question is what you consider "natural". IMO, all of the methods we use reflect processes taking place in the ocean, but you might have something particular in mind.

What are your current nitrate and phosphate levels?

IMO natural is algae, a bacteria or a self sustaining option.
I tested tonight having cleaned my cyano and stirring the bottom (shallow oolitic sub.) with NO3 15ppm and phos 0.03ppm both Red Sea kits
A few days ago I had phos 0.03 ppm and 5ppm nitrate.

IMO, both those values are fine and I wouldn’t try to lower them much.

If you want to drop phosphate more, and those are the method choices, macroalgae or an ATS is likely the best choice, and if N becomes limiting to its growth, dosing nitrate may be helpful.

I will happily accept your opinion. So would u think they are aiding my cyano problem? I’m running a mp10 and a tunze 6015. I’m a little lost looking for a cure

Dropping them a little may help with cyano, yes.
