R2R's fish disease forum stays busy, but I wanted to take a little time out to acknowledge & thank the men and women who make this place so special & great:

@melypr1985 - My partner in crime, I couldn't do this without you. You deal with more fish (and fish diseases) on a weekly basis than most see in a year's time. That experience cannot be duplicated.

@ngoodermuth - It's been great watching you sharpen your QT skills; you are quickly becoming one of the "go-to experts" on this forum.

@4FordFamily - Your experience with fish (especially tangs) is unparalleled. And your transition from being an "ich management guy" to "ich eradication" lends that experience to members who are wanting to do the same.

@Brew12 - You keep me on my toes, man. Always challenging the status quo through your research and experiences. Thank you for that.

@Maritimer - There's just something about you that everyone admires & respects, my friend. You are the calm voice when oftentimes storms are raging all over the fish disease forum.

@aykwm - The new kid on the block! But we can tell you've done your homework (through proper research) and are all very impressed by you.

As you can see from above, everyone brings something different (but needed) to the table. And when you put it all together you have the finest team of fish disease experts ever assembled in one place. You all are the BEST OF THE BEST.

Thank you to those listed above! You are all such a valuable asset to this community. If it weren't for your detailed write-ups and quick response times, I don't think my fish would be as healthy as they are today. I had a bad case of Ich that wiped out half my fish, but I was able to save the ones I've had since I started this hobby thanks to you guys.
Without the well written and easy to follow guides, I don't think I would even have a QT set up. I always thought quarantining new arrivals was too much work. I have learned much from you all.

When I arrived, fresh from freshwater and used to dropping fish into my display without worry, it was the voices on this forum that I quickly found I could - indeed, must - listen to and learn from.

I'm still doing that.

The chorus has swelled until there's now a team here that I feel is unmatched outside Academia or private veterinary or zoological-institutional boards. That each of you offers that knowledge and those skills from the kindness of their hearts impresses me more each day.

It's a great feeling to turn from the computer toward my bed at the end of a busy evening, and know that even one reefer has a new, sensible plan - that one fish will rise to another sun.

Thanks Bobby. You didn't mention yourself on that list and it absolutely should be on there. Without you, your willingness to teach, experiment, and to help, none of this would be what it is today. I completely agree with your (and all the other's) sentiments regarding the team we've assembled here. Every single one of them are awesome and we couldn't do this as well as we do without them. I just wish I had more time to dedicate to R2R lately. I hope I can figure that out soon and be back to full force.
