Does BRS use an Oct - Oct fiscal calendar for their "Best of 2019" videos...we still have most of the quarter left and not to mention the Christmas season for people to vote with their dollars...maybe I never paid enough attention in the past to see if it was something posted before the holidays... #makesyawonder
