I'll give a shout out to LiveAquaria if you're *not* going to go fancy with pre-QT. Pre-QT (TSM, MC, AtR, DrReef, etc) are obviously in a league of their own and probably the right way to go if you want the healthiest/cleanest fish. I keep wanting to try TSM, but they're always out of stock for fish I want.
LA hasn't done bad by me; all their fish arrived well-packaged (ice packs and lots of water; some companies seem to send out the fish in as little water as possible to save on shipping weight) and reasonably healthy. They also have a huge selection. Also they're no longer part of Petco, which has supposedly improved their quality (I only ever got clownfish from them before the split, so I can't really compare -- maybe they were totally awful a few years ago, but they're good now). Honestly, after having had a VERY bad experience with a different online seller, I'm going back to LA for all my fish needs.
