I have bought livestock from both a few times. Always well packaged and arrived on time. Frags from both places have been exceptional.

Most all my corals are from corals.com.
Exceptional service, the specimens are always healthy, and the packaging/shipping is great.
Jon is great to work with if you're looking for something in particular.

live aquaria has been good for me. No problems, no complaints.
bluezoo the animals came in really stressed, and I lost a firefish right away, I am not far from their warehouse.
aquasd, I got both aiptasia and vermitids on my corals from them. I dipped them and everything and thought I killed the aiptasia while dipping (kalk paste) but months later I started seeing them in my display so I must have missed some. I already had vermitids though, and I dont really mind them, but I know some do.

I've had decent luck buying fish from liveaquaria (Diver's Den). Received a dead damsel one time, contacted them with pictures and they gave me a full refund. I've only ever bought corals from my LFS so I don't know about their corals but they seem to have a good selection.

Avoid liveaquaria in my opinion!!, had many issues from wrong specimen to dead on arrival, late shipments or purchase then get told sold out... Sure refunds are great but usually only store credit.
Kp Aquatics everything has come in healthy across the board.
random decent eBay sellers, check ratings they will go out of their way to get a positive review and not a negative one I have found they replace specimen or replace orders usually without issues. I tend to ask sellers on eBay and Etsy questions first if they respond it’s a good indication on their product. If a slow or no response be aware attempting if an issues on arrival with their products.
reef cleaners . Org again excellent and amazing communication also very large and healthy specimen
Weather and heat are usually my main issue but if you communicate when ordering most places will add extra ice, water and/or foam type material for holding back the temp swings.
