Hey guys. I have a 32 gallon nano reef tank. I currently have 2 ocillaris clowns, 2 peacock cardinals, 2 brittle stars. I have an electric flame scallop coming soon, a feather duster, a yellow watchman goby w/pistol shrimp companion, and I'm thinking about adding a six line wrasse. I recently had a diamond goby that died(this morning), and I'm thinking it was due to lack of appropriate food. I'd had him for about a month or so. He did pretty well in the beginning, but then he just seemed to stop eating, and I'm not srue why, given all the tank parameters are in pretty good shape. I am currently using San Fransisco Bay area Saltwater Multi-pack, and Seaweed Delight I believe it's called. I usually feed twice daily switching up the foods. Should I try feeding my next diamond goby? I'm open for recommendations that will make everyone in my tank happier to try and prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks

Hey I’m not sure about that company but all of my fish go nuts for reef frenzy by LRS. I usually soak in selcom and some sort of amino acid for vitamins/health and coloration. I also feed TDO chroma boost pellets soaked in vita-chem. All fish eat every last bite

I tried to look up LRS. It looks like it is a competitor of San Fransisco Bay Brand, but food looks the same.

Ever soak them up on anything? Diamond gobies are finicky eaters sometimes and unless you see them eating frozen before you buy them there’s no guarantee they’ll take whatever you give them. Sometimes taking a turkey baster with food and putting it near their borrow and under the substrate helps them start accepting frozen

It was good for the first month that I had it. I only started noticed him not eating was maybe a week or so ago.

I spoke to the supplier who gave it to me, and they said it could have possibly been a stomach parasite or something that caused it to stop eating.
