best par for haddoni carpet anemone?

Not sure of the par but when I first got mine it came with the biocube a guy was selling using those stock led lights. I later put a Kessil A360WE on it and now have an A160 over it as I swapped that light out with my other tank(wanted 3 A360’s on my 90g). Anemone has been healthy the entire time I have owned it. Almost 1.5 years. Not 100% on my par but I am guessing it now gets about 150ish.
