Hi everyone!
I was looking into feeding my jawfish pellets sometimes because it’s easier to get to the bottom of the tank near his den. What do you think the most healthy and beneficial pellets are?
TIA :)

I am a big fan of Hikari products. All my fish love them, and Hikari is a known, well established purveyor of high-quality fish foods. You can get their pellets in different sizes and composition too (i.e higher algae vs protein content)

Thank you. Is the one that you linked the one you usually get?

I only have a 25gal and my fish are pretty small, so lll get the small size too
Be sure to feed sparingly; pellets are much more nutrient dense than flakes or frozen, so any uneaten food will have a larger impact on water quality. Less is more :)

You can also soak them in a shot glass of tank water before feeding to ensure they sink immediately to your bottom dwelling buddy.

Sounds good, thank you!
