Best phone call ever (not)

My little girl calls me at work and says "daddy I think the dog went pee on the floor" me "so clean it up" her I have 3 times and it keeps getting bigger.

Panic sets in "is it by the tank" her "yep and it's salty"

On my way home let's hope for the best.

So I was lucky. I only had about 50 gallons of water that I was able to suck with the shop vac. Two things happened kalk stirrer got plugged and being fed from my 300 GPD RO/DI it ran twice today for 15 min each. Then it also filled the 300 to the top and I found a leak in the tank. Minor and is now fixed.

So after going to the flooring store it looks as if I am installing Bamboo floors in my daughters room. The water ran under the adjoining wall and all of it decided to travel to her room. Got it drying flooring acclimating and the room almost cleared out.

Well, at least I'm glad that the tank didn't start to leak. I agree, you do seem to attract the "reef demons"! Maybe we need to hold a meeting at your place and attempt to perform an exorcism. I wonder if Mariner could do that? :waaaht:

Well Mike as usual your and mine luck seems to run side by side.I had already told you about my kawlk reactor the other day and right after it the phosban reactor.Well Tammy calls me at work today and she wont unless there is something bad wrong.Well the calc. reactor ran out of gas and for some reason was pumping water under the stand.It was past the entertainment center before she saw it.Cleaned up and refilled the sump to only see more water start coming out of the stand.We got it all shut down now and I have decided to get rid of all reactors and go back to dosing via dose pumps.They take up to much room,cost to much,and seem to not like me so I am selling all the reactors.Good luck with the floor if you need help give me a call I am off work tomorrow.
